Peters Back With Town
Peters Back With Town
Thursday, 8th Dec 2011 10:24

Midfielder or full-back Jaime Peters is back at Portman Road after his loan at Bournemouth wasn’t extended into a third month prior to the recent deadline.

The Canadian, who has another 18 months left on his Town contract, made 10 appearances during his two months with the League One side.

The 24-year-old's only game for the Blues this season was the Carling Cup defeat to Northampton in August.

Come on Jaime ! I hope Jewell gives him a decent run as he's a great player. Mind you, anyone is better than the rubbish we have in defence at the moment. It's your moment Jaime...take it !

Hes such a good player Jim never played him regularly ,Roy never played him regularly and Paul has not played him ,why is that have they all had personal issues with him ?
But that wont stop the wannabe managers who know better lets pick him on Saturday along with Hyam ,Ainsley ,Smith and get O Connor ,Murray and Lavery back ,oh no we did that against Northampton and got beat at home

Sadly in my opinion Peters will not be good enough for our team as he has gone backwards in his career. Gone are the days of his seering pace and anyone who saw the Northamton game will have seen he was totally inept. He had a couple of good games when marking man for man and remember him marking Kebe out of the game at Reading but alas another Keane gaff has landed us with a very highly paid player with a 3 year contract who now cannot make his mark in Division One - a great pity.

Souper Jim, you are spot on with your comments. And I'm sorry Petermorris, but PJ should look in the lower leagues, but not for players that can't get a game there. Which clearly applys to Peters!
