Orr and Martin in for Town at Leicester
Saturday, 17th Nov 2012 14:11

Bradley Orr makes his Town debut and Lee Martin returns to the side as Mick McCarthy makes two changes to his team for today’s game at Leicester.

Loanee Orr comes in at right-back with Tommy Smith dropping to the bench and Luke Chambers switching to centre-half.

Arran Lee-Barrett is on the bench in the absence of Scott Loach, who misses out with the thigh injury he sustained at Walsham. Luke Hyam’s reward for an impressive display against the Thurlow Nunn League side is a place amongst the subs, alongside summer signing Elliott Hewitt.

Martin is back after his one-match ban in place of Richie Wellens, who has returned to the Foxes at the end of his loan, but isn’t in Nigel Pearson’s 18.

Leicester are unchanged from their 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest last week. Full match preview here.

Town: Henderson, Orr, Chambers, Higginbotham, Cresswell, Edwards (c), N'Daw, Reo-Coker, Martin, Murphy, Campbell. Subs: Lee-Barrett, Hewitt, Smith, Hyam, Mohsni, Emmanuel-Thomas, Chopra

Leicester: Schmeichel, De Laet, Drinkwater, Morgan (c), Whitbread, King, Dyer, Waghorn, Schlupp, Knockaert, Nugent. Subs: Vardy, Marshall, Logan, James, Moore, Lingard, Futacs.

Mmmm keeping it under 6 is looking very unlikely.
MM, strip off and sort that defence out.....even at your age, you are better than the pathetic shambles we have at present!!

Only live in Nottingham so this is an easy game for me to get to, however I decided to not waste my money and I am bloody glad I didn't..!
Soft goals and individual errors, you really wouldn't expect that from us would you..!
You will need to buy a whole new back five in January Mick.

Why oh why change the defence around when it had done so well last week, just to accommodate Bradley Orr. Bloody unbelievable 4-0 down at half time we are fast becoming a joke!!!!!

usual glimpse of any sign of attacking play however weak from our opposition and we look like a sloppy pub team.. not just Henderson to blame, but he is poor.. MM must know our defense is probably the worse he has been involved with....

FFS!!! Not another hammering. Please keep it below 10, always had that feeling it would be us to break the record. Can't think of any other team in any other league that take as much hammerings as us. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where the hell do we go from here we've got the worst squad of players in ITFC history put together by the worst 2 managers in ITFC history. How the hell Evans made his money is beyond me if his business was run like our club he would of gone bust years ago. I dont think Jesus could turn this lot into winners.

Absolutely disgraceful !! How do we keep leaking so many goals ?We are the laughing stock of this division at the moment, only I'm not laughing Please ,please sort it out and get rid of the dead wood who have no interest in playing for us. Perhaps they may reflect tonight on all the people they have let down !! But somehow I doubt it !!!

Angry. Embarrassed. Humiliated. Insulted. What have we fans done to deserve this? Thrashings in the Premiership to the Manchesters, Chelseas and Arsenals of this world, OK. But to Blackpool, Palace and Leicester in the CHAMPIONSHIP?

6-0. All you MM fans- what do you have to say? Hard to beat- my a**se. We are no better than under Jewell. This man is a bad appointment. I said it prior, I'm saying it now, and sadly I feel I'll be saying it in 2 years.... The squad has quality- it needs proper management- full stop

The players need to have a long hard look at themselves. Sounds like we were dreadful and one of the loan players, Henderson was at fault for some of the goals. Hope we don't get cut adrift. I just feel so sorry to the loyal fans who travelled and for MM and TC. At least they now will fully understand the enormity of the challenge they face.

@Walk the Wark. Do u have a clue? Very hard for any manager to deal with deadwood. So get behind a manager who will change this & expect alot of players leaving very soon. No more loans after jan. Get rid of Henderson Reo murph higgs cressy martin Jet chops scotland. Build alot of these players dont give a F..k. They will get another pay cheque. Give me a record minus but lets throw in the kids. At least we get passion & have them ready for next year. Hope no offence to anyone but at the moment we r up s..t creek without a paddle.

90% of the numb skulls in our line up should not be with us come next season.. then we may stand a chance of moving up out of league 1

dear dear me! looks like these 2 sneaky wins have been papering over the cracks, obviously quite a few players who are simply not up to the job, really wasn't expecting another hammering. MM will lose patience with a few of them before long.

Irishtim. Yes I do- we have a good squad and great facilities. We need a proper manager- end of! Should have got Holloway. At least two more years of heartache. Young players will still not cut it under bad management.
