Former loan keeper Stephen Henderson is rejoining the Blues for a second spell from West Ham, according to TWTD sources in Ireland, his switch to Blackburn having broken down earlier this afternoon.

Boss Mick McCarthy said that the Irishman could return to Portman Road for a second spell at the end of last week, despite the Hammers insisting on a 24-hour recall clause.

The 24-year-old made 16 appearances during his first spell at Town between October and the start of this month.

Henderson is NO better than Loach from what I have seen so naturally disapointed to see a BLUE relegated to the bench for Henderson who hasn't impressed me what so ever....

Ideally i'dve liked to have seen us bring in an attacking midfielder/winger who is capable of scoring goals,seeing as none of the other sods are capable of doing that it seems.
