Saturday's results didn't go Town's way with two of the sides in the bottom three winning while two of the teams in the lower half of the table also got three points.

Southampton thrashed Leicester 4-0 at Filbert Street while Derby beat Bolton 1-0. West Ham beat Manchester United 1-0 at Old Trafford while Charlton won 3-1 against Spurs.

All this leaves Town four points off three teams on 13 points above them. West Ham are above them on 19 along with Blackburn, Sunderland and Middlesbrough. Three points tomorrow is therefore all the more important for Town.
