Manchester City's Australian midfielder Danny Tiatto is being linked with a possible summer move to Town. Tiatto, 28, was sent off yesterday as City beat Norwich 3-1 at Maine Road.

The former Stoke loanee is out of contract at the end of the season and is set for more contract talks with Kevin Keegan. According to sources in Australia he will not be given permission to speak to Town until after the FA Cup fourth round tie.

Tiatto joined City from Swiss club FC Baden in July 1998 for £300,000 and has also been linked with other Premiership clubs including Newcastle and Aston Villa.

Tiatto's future looks very much tied up with City's league status. Currently they are top of the First Division.

Tiatto was also linked with a move to Town on a couple of occasions last summer.
