Hyam Makes Comeback in U21s
Friday, 20th Nov 2015 10:58

Midfielder Luke Hyam makes his long-awaited return to action in the U21s today when Mark Kennedy’s side take on QPR at Loftus Road (KO 1pm).

Hyam, 24, has been out of action since suffering a knee injury in the FA Cup replay against Southampton at Portman Road in January. Having failed to overcome the problem, he eventually underwent surgery in the summer.

Also in the squad are full-backs Josh Emmanuel and Myles Kenlock and striker James Alabi.

The game is live on QPR Player, which is available to Ipswich Player subscribers.

U21s: Henly, Emmanuel, Fowler, Robinson, Kenlock, Hyam, McDonnell, Hammond, Connolly, Alabi, Ford. Subs: Marsden, Blanchfield, McKendry, C Smith, Morris.

Good luck Luke we have missed your tigerish ball winning qualities in m/f. And I have missed not having a fellow Northgate boy in the team!

Great news. It has been a long time. Mick could have some team selection problems when Hyam, Bishop, Fraser and Varney are all fit.

Good problems I will add!
