Well no more Reading chants of "you're getting smashed on the Tele" like last season please Mick. He'll park the bus this time so no chance of that. As for Norwich - I cant help fearing the worst again.

There was I thinking that the new Sky Premier League coverage on Friday nights would avoid Friday complications for Championship Supporters. Given that Sky had regained the rights to Saturday Lunchtime games I had thought, erroneously that fixtures might move only to Saturday evenings. But, no. Sky still want their pound of flesh. The Reading game is now beyond many prospective Ipswich supporters who might have planned to attend. Still we can all watch it on TV now! Not happy!

Our record against both in previous corresponding fixtures is abysmal
And unfortunately with the lack of quality in the current squad
Just don't see where it's likely to improve this time.

Two games and NO points from either

I expect Leicester and Portugal fans thought/said the same about their team, and then.....................

After the chaos for town supporters in the Greene King created by the police at the play-off home leg last year I'll settle for my armchair and a couple of cans. Thanks Sky.

ArnieM ......... you really are the eternal optimist. You're grasping at straws, and miracles are scarce.

How can you be remotely impressed at this stage of the close season ? - few short weeks left ...... !!
Should have been far more happening by now for anyone to feel confident of anything more than the same old - at best.
