U18s Come From Behind to Make Winning Start

Town’s U18s made an impressive start to their Professional Development League Two South campaign, coming from 2-0 down at half-time to win 3-2 at Nottingham Forest this morning with Tristan Nydam (pictured), Luke Woolfenden and Conor McKendry on the scoresheet.

Meanwhile, Town’s U15s are in action at the Hibernia Trophy in Ireland this weekend.

Having beaten Wolves 2-0 in their opening game on Friday, they lost 2-0 to Sunderland, 3-1 to an FAI Development Squad and 3-0 to Club Northern Ireland today.

The young Blues face Forest in the seventh/eight place play-off on Sunday morning.

Town’s U23s are in action at home to Birmingham City on Monday afternoon at Playford Road (KO 1pm).

U18s: Hayes, Murrell, Webber, Downes, Woolfenden, Marshall Meldrum (c), Nydam, Fullwood, Daniels, McKendry. Subs: McGavin, Wright, Cahill, Wilton, Lankester.
