Knudsen's Return Only Change
Saturday, 5th Nov 2016 14:40

Jonas Knudsen returns at left-back in an otherwise unchanged Town side facing Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough this afternoon.

Knudsen, who missed last week’s 2-2 home draw with Rotherham due to a back injury, comes back into the team for Myles Kenlock, who drops to the bench.

Sheffield Wednesday: Westwood, Jones, Lee, Fletcher, Reach, Hooper, Lees (c), Hutchinson, Hunt, Pudil, Bannan. Subs: Dawson, Abdi, Loovens, Palmer, Wallace, Buckley, Forestieri.

Town: Bialkowski, Chambers (c), Knudsen, Webster, Berra, Skuse, Bishop, Ward, Lawrence, Sears, McGoldrick. Subs: Gerken, Best, Varney, Bru, Williams, Emmanuel, Kenlock. Referee: Andrew Madley (West Yorkshire).

Classic Mick 1nil. And Ian Holloway can piss off with his comments along with Clinton Morrison. Glad they know so much about the club and the current state of play.

Kenlock can feel hard done by, but always likely to happen only has to look at Emmanuel as case in point.

No surprise re. Knudsen , but I am surprised that MM has kept the attacking line up for a difficult away game. Good luck , hope it pays off with 3 points.

Yep, I'm with u martlesham thought Douglas would have been an absolute shoe-in for the starting XI today. I hope it pays off too!

Ok reasonable team and on paper doesn't look like the defensive midfield many would think MM would go for in such a game but they have to do better than last week, interesting of note still Williams and McG to start a game together...Douglas now not getting a look in in the squad? if so about time!

All the best lads - draw for me.

Despite what he says, think MM must be taking a bit of notice of fans,or is the fact that Douglas is a bit pedestrian, finally dawned on him.

Certainly seems to be putting out a bit more of attacking sides recently;but results have yet to reflect this positivity.

FFS Seaside he's putting out more attacking sides because he's got more attackers available nothing to do with what the fans say

Webster won no headers and no tackles but gave the ball away maybe 4 or 5 times. Danger is he believes his own hype. Lawrence looks like a proper player since kick off.

Boss man. Webster may occasionally give the ball away but at least he's trying to play football. He's a class act. Enjoy him whilst he's here. It may not be for long

Strange how the people who post on this section of the board are never ones to debate results/team selection etc, etc, on the forum. Radio Suffolk/Star??
