Tickets for the FA Cup third round tie against Vanarama National League Lincoln City at Portman Road on Saturday 7th January (KO 3pm) will go on sale from Wednesday.

Town announced that tickets for the game would cost £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and £2 for under-16s on Friday with the Imps allocated the Cobbold Stand, apart from D Block, while the top tiers of the Sir Bobby Robson Stand and Sir Alf Ramsey Stand will both be closed for the match.

Season ticket holders whose regular seat is in one of the closed areas can secure an alternative unreserved seat from Wednesday 14th December and will also have the option of purchasing up to four further tickets from Thursday 15th December.

Season ticket holders in the rest of the ground will be able to buy their own seat plus up to four additional tickets from Thursday.

Silver Card members can purchase up to two tickets from Monday 19th December with general sale beginning on Wednesday 21st December.

Every game should be priced like this.

At £10 I feel like really encouraging friends and family to go along, but that is really hard given the current circumstances at ITFC especially knowing that management probably won't take the FA Cup seriously. I fear that even at this price we are looking at a very low attendance which may act as a warning bell for next season's league attendances when season tickets don't get renewed.

Good price, the lowest the club could offer, but no thanks. Not worth it knowing what contempt the manager holds for the cup. If I lived in Ipswich fine, but travel costs just can't be justified for this.

Great prices but still not going as Mick will want us to lose and the players won't want to upset him by trying to win. Such a shame we don't at least try and have a cup run as we are obviously not going for the play offs this year.

It's all well and good people on about a cup run, contempt etc however we're playing a side at home THREE divisions down for heavens sake.

I might be in the minority, I don't know, however I don't want to risk certain important players for this game.

Whatever side picked SHOULD be PLENTY to get through this tie - people want certain players to be given a chance a shine - well some will in this game and perhaps some are not as good as people say.

I'd imagine it would be something like -

Gerken / Emmanuel / Kenlock / Digby / T. Smith / Dozzell / Kenyu / Williams / Douglas / Best / PItman - I don't know, perhaps something not a million miles off that or Blanchfield etc.

We really SHOULD be in R4.

Well done club on £10 a ticket. Common sense.

Here are two Imps fans who will be contributing to the coffers. I think we will bring well over 3,000 supporters to the game.
