U23s Away Against QPR, U18s at Coventry
Friday, 20th Oct 2017 11:09

Town’s U23s are in action against QPR at Loftus Road this afternoon (KO 2.30pm), while the U18s travel to take on Coventry City on Saturday afternoon at the Alan Higgs Centre (KO midday).

The West Londoners' U23s are currently top of the Professional Development League Two South table with Gerard Nash’s Blues third.

With the first team in derby action against Norwich City on Sunday, no senior players are likely to be involved.

The game was originally scheduled to kick-off at 2pm but has moved back as the travelling Town squad were delayed by the congestion caused by the serious road accident on the Orwell Bridge earlier this morning. Admission is free.

Alan Lee’s U18s are second-bottom of the Professional Development League Two South table at their level and will be looking for their second league win of the season against the Sky Blues who are propping up the division having lost all seven of their games so far during 2017/18.
