Youngster Ronan Handed First Gibraltar U21s Call
Thursday, 15th Mar 2018 17:45

Academy youngster Kian Ronan has been named in Gibraltar U21s squad for the first time ahead of European Championships qualifiers against Serbia and Russia later this month.

The Gibraltarians face the Serbians on Friday 23rd March and Russians four days later.

The 17-year-old Harlow-based right-back or midfielder, a first-year scholar, has previously won caps at U17 and U19 levels.

He qualifies for Gibraltar as his mother and grandparents were born there.

It's becoming a bit like the boys of 81, a squad full of internationals.

I have heard a rumour Skuse is looking into the possibility of having a great grandfather from the faroe islands and chambers has an Andorran aunt.
