It's time to get Dozzell out on the pitch for the first team. Come on- the team is more important than anything and we're in need of a midfield overhaul. Kenlock has to get a look in too. Trust our youth, Paul!

Getting twitchy. If Dozzell gets clattered and sustains am unrelated (to previous issues) injury, PH may find things even more difficult.

U23s are playing well as they are used to each other. Durst team has competed ok but needs to be settled too now, before it is too late for this season.

Edmundo - I think it is fairly common knowledge that Dozzell is not injured, thus why he is playing tonight. The manager chooses to tell us that because of his personal issue with Andre. Just saying

is Freddie playing or has he been abducted by aliens. Ridiculous that the guy with most goals currently at the club in the championship has been totally snubbed.

they should all be in our first team.

So has Dozzell, sears and Bart been in a row with deputy Doig and Hurst. Is this Roy Keane mark 2?

Put Nash in charge of the first team. He's doing a great job

Surely giving Harrison a game up front in order to perhaps build his confidence wouldn't go amiss?

Like everyone has already something very strange going on with this club players fine for u23 and they flying high but they not fit enough for e en subs in 1st team??

So Dozzell is fit to play for the U23's but due to "Sport Science" he isnt fit for the first team yet our manager is fine playing an already injured 35 year old Walter's who's career could easily be finished with now depending on how bad his injury is?

Great logic Mr Hurst.

Said it once I'll say it again
PH and is deputy are out of their depth it's a massive step up from the shrews to us
You can't rule with a rod of iron unless you have the respect, which clearly he doesn't

Can anyone tell me what the point of the academy is ? There are players in u23 that should be given a chance how much worse can they do compared to the joke of a first team ?

Doig must be the problem. Gone Keano by the sounds of it. Power mad and wanting to fight everybody. No wonder we can't get a win!

Given the current situation, I am surprised PH is not looking to play in form young players to save his @rse! The performance against the Hammers was positive but has been missing since then (in my humble opinion). We want you to succeed PH but time has come to act and fast to win back fans (and show you can swim at this level).

Did i not see comments re Deputy Doig's relationships with the players and general coaching abilities? I have been a supporter since my Dad took me to my first match sitting on his shoulders in 62/63 in Churchmans but i am struggling to follow PH's logic with holding back the youngsters bearing in mind the current success of the 18;s and 23's.
The 3 degrees of Klug,Burley and Butcher would be a big improvement in my book!!
At least they would bring passion if nothing else. Please excuse my rant!!

Our U23's are top. Our U18's are top. Our 1st team is bottom. I say we need more loanees and 35 year olds, that should fix it! #disconnect!

NOW.

some ropey detective work going on here. You may have a point though. Away at Sheff Wed I sensed all was not great before game. Doig had a manner that wasn't very motivating to say the least. Or maybe it was just a bad day

Hurst probably asked if Jon Walters could have a run out to test his calf.....
