Striker Tommy Hughes scored the winning goal from his own half of the field as Town’s U18s came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at Birmingham City.
After the home side had gone into a two-goal lead, Armando Dobra levelled for the young Blues with a brace before Hughes spotted the home keeper off his line and lifted the ball over him from just inside Town’s half.
U18s: Alley, Viral, Wyss, Hughes, Henderson, Fehrenbach, Ruffles, Foudil, Z Brown, Dobra, Simpson.
