Crawford on Life's a Pitch
Saturday, 19th Oct 2019 12:01

Blues legend Ray Crawford is the star guest on Life’s a Pitch, which is live on BBC Radio Suffolk between 12 noon and 2pm when host Mark Murphy will be joined by Tractorboy and TWTD's Phil Ham.

Crawford, pictured above with his skipper Andy Nelson, formed a deadly strike partnership with Ted Phillips in Sir Alf Ramsey's First Division championship-winning side.

Can Town make it six wins in a row at Accrington tomorrow? Will they end their post-international break blues? Send your thoughts on those questions or anything else via email, Mark’s Twitter or during the show by phone on 0800 141 2121 or text to 81333 starting your message with SFK.

The show can be heard on 95.5FM, 95.9FM, 103.9FM and 104.6FM, and also now on DAB, or online via a widget on this page by clicking here.

Good to see you looking fit and well Ray.....and Andy too. Ray, you are still my hero!
I was blessed to be a 14 year old when we won the First Division and slipped out of school with my mates a few times to get the train to London including that pivotal March 1962 game v Spurs at White Hart Lane.
They were great times and thankfully Paul has begun to get good things going again now.
