Bosses Welcome Tie Sunday, 8th Dec 2002 22:52 Town manager Joe Royle and his Morecambe counterpart Jim Harvey have welcomed the FA Cup third round tie between the two sides. Unsurprisingly Royle is confident against non-league opposition: "No disrespect to Morecambe, and we will not take them lightly, but this is a game we should win. "It is the second biggest game for them for years, the first was a couple of years ago at home. "We are happy to get a home draw, but having said that our away form has been better." Harvey hopes a cup run can give his side added experience as they bid for Football League status: "A little bit of success in the Cup is going to help our development because we do eventually want to achieve Football League status ourselves. "It's a good draw. We met them a couple of years ago and it was a tremendous experience. "We're a much improved side now and Ipswich have slipped a little, so we've got every chance and we're really looking forward to this one."
