No More Signings Tuesday, 13th Jul 2004 11:07 Derek Bowden has said that there will be no more permanent signings unless other players are sold. Even Mark Rivers who is currently on trial will not be signed until another player leaves. Speaking on the club site, Bowden explained: "We have signed Jason De Vos and Kevin Horlock and as Joe has already said, that's it for now. Mark Rivers is on trial and if Joe decides he wants to sign him on a permanent deal then someone will have to move out of the squad first." This will be bad news for the former Norwich winger as even if he impresses on the tour in Denmark, Joe Royle's hands will be tied. The Blues' boss will however be granted a sum to spend on loan players as he did last season.
