Proxying Votes
Proxying Votes

A number of shareholders have asked TWTD and Ipswich Town Ist how they go about proxying their votes ahead of the November 17th AGM. The papers issued by the club earlier this week include a proxy form so shareholders can have their votes registered even if they cannot attend the meeting in person.

Shareholders unable to make the AGM can proxy their voting rights to the chairman of the club or to a friend who can then attend in their place, or to Ipswich Town Ist who can then exercise the vote on the shareholder's behalf. The Trust will be writing to shareholders in the next week with advice on the options available.

For more information, contact the Trust via their website.
