 Friday, 24th Nov 2000 10:45 Some people on the Message Board have noticed the presence of cranes at Portman Road this morning. Apparently today sees the lifting of the main beams on the new stand. If anyone can give further reports of action please mail us at: philip.ham@twtd.co.uk
