Town boss Joe Royle is undecided whether on-loan defender David Unsworth will be offered a permanent deal with the Blues at the end of the season. TWTD reported last week that Unsworth's loan must end after the Brighton game, meaning he will not be involved in the play-offs.

Royle said: “Let's wait and see what happens with David. If we go straight up then it's problem solved and that remains our intention.”

The Town manager says he has had no contact from Portsmouth regarding a recall for the 31-year-old, despite new boss Alain Perrin hinting last week that he might bring Unsworth back as cover for the injured Matthew Taylor.
