Town's AGM takes place at Suffolk College this evening. The club's annual report and accounts released last month revealed that the club made a loss of £3.17 million and took their overall debt to £35.75 million during the year to June 2005.

Journalist Brian Scovell will be talking about his book Football Gentry: The Cobbold Brothers at Waterstone's in Ipswich on Friday 9th December (6.30pm). Scovell's book, one of several Town tomes out for Christmas, is an account of the lives of the club's colourful chairmen during the Sir Alf Ramsey and Sir Bobby Robson eras.
