Drinan was invisable. Really poor game.

Nsiala is the most worrying player I've ever seen. He really gives me stomach pains. Good for a penalty shout every match. McGuinness is good for a few gaffs a game too. He's just so big and clumsy.

Wingers Judge and Edwards didn't add much. Thomas looked to be a nice upgrade.

The three hometown mids were okay, but didn't put their stamp on the match.

Overall, enjoyable to watch - much more so than at Burton - but another game we leave empty handed.

74 minutes before we finally have a shot on target. The last 16 minutes we actually created a few half chances but its all too late. Tactics/formation are all wrong.

Toto struggled with the pace of the player he was marking and it was a definite penalty. Chambers was dreadful, passing all over the place. Felt sorry for Drinan who was crying out for a partner up front. Edwards wasnt in the game until we finally put more of anattacking intent into the game....which then gave him impetus and space to drive into. Dozzell has nothing to aim for....completely negates his passing ability.

New lad Thomas did well when he came on and should be starting

Lambert out

Two teams who matched each other. Greater pressing from Town today, good in the tackle but lightweight up front with injuries dictating the set up. Did not deserve to lose and glimpses of better things to come.

Usual Saturday disappointment again
So poor going forward apart from a 3 minute spell after making 3 subs
Diabolical tactics once again
In order to go up you should beat most teams around you
We can't win any
Need a change of ideas at the top

Absolutely pathetic.Only one shot on target in 90 minutes. One up front is a total waste of time.Toto a liability and Chambers was awful once again. For goodness sake PL change the formation for Tuesday and bring back Woolfy.Loose the next two games and I want to see you gone.Enough said.

Tractor Boy
Drinan was in Thomsons pocket thats why he looked invisible
It would be easier for Nsiala and McGuiness if they played in a back 4
As it is they are a back 2 with a couple of experienced passengers either side
To be fair to them Posh had no shots on target in 90 minutes probably for the only time this season
Holy had a good game to be fair to him

Classic Lambert. Reacted too late.

Please relieve Lambert and his sleep inducing ‘coaching’ team of their duties now.
No more fannying around, to save this season we need action now.

Lambert Out. Useless, boring, rubbish. Makes Big Mick look like Pep.

Signs of improvement but woefully lacking any punch.

Holy - passable keeper for this league.
Full backs, both good players but don’t have the legs the way PL expects them to go up and down the flanks.
Toto- great bloke but an absolute liability, every time a player goes through he gives away a penalty. Time to go.
Mcguiness unlucky to score but still prone to make mistakes.
Dozzell- was not in the game and gave away silly free kicks
Bishop- good on his day, the trouble is he is not having many, either injured or not in he game.
Downes- looked more interested in fouling opponents and barging them than playing the ball.
Judge- good last couple of games but returned to lots of running and nothing to show for it.
Drinnan- not good enough to play on his own up front. Needs a partner, which won’t happen.
Edwards- our best player this year when fit. Today never in the game apart from last ten minutes

Nolan. Only player to show ambition and controlled aggression when he came on.
Sears. Time to move on, won’t play enough and if he does it will be out of position.
Thomas- showed glimpses of what he can do, but we will soon sort him out to stop that.

In defence of Toto, this was the the top attacking unit in the league. One mistake by him with a player moving at pace in the box, and we lost the game because of a mistake by McGuiness. Has to be better than when Wolfenden was playing (what has gone wrong with him this season?) when bottom of the table teams were getting a series of free shots and headers inside the box.
Our problem is not the defence but the lack of goal threat. Drinan did a lot of running and held the ball up quite well outside the box, but didn't look a threat inside it penalty area. A lack of penetration out wide didn't help – at least until late on when Thomas came on and Edwards suddenly started to look more effective. Nolan also seemed to add a lot late on.
Overall a better performance and probably could have gone either way – unfortunately Peterborough got the luck.Going to have to keep improving if there is any chance of a top six place.

Just keeping possession ian't enough, we need to get into their penalty area.
