Normal service is resumed. Lack of any quality from anyone.

What a disgraceful performance, barely any player showed Cook any desire whatsoever.
Any other profession, and they’d all be sacked.
Sears and Dozzer need to be put on gardening leave.

They were better than us in every department. A lot for Cook to work on.

We struggled to cope with Gillingham’s long ball tactics and constant hustle and bustle. We definitely missed Judge. Having got back into the game with Chambers well taken header it was really disappointing that Sears gifted them the ball and they broke and scored. Their third goal was clinical and well taken. Bennetts put in a really disappointing performance and I would start with Edwards next match. Our midfield made little impact. Gills played well and Town were poor. Struggling to pick a MOM, Probably would give it to Chambers. Role on the next game!

First half was one of the worst I've seen us play this year. Much work to be done.

Midfield poor has been for years Dozzell still looks like a little boy lost, Bishop in flashes was ok. Badly missed Judgey today we need to sign two players who are combative who can tackle. Not sure if Downes is fully committed to the club.

We never showed up. Unbelievable these players could be playing for new contracts and arguably for a new owner. Dozzell has no heart. Norwood is ineffective. Holy, Chambers and Kenlock at least tried. Bennetts tried but fails to look or anticipate. The clump of substitutions was ineffective. Appalling lack of remorse when they walked off. Paul Cook struck the nail when he said you cannot coach too many players. He has some thinning out to do. Let's pray he can squeeze some strategic funding and buy whom we need to replace the dross and not just whom is available.

Sears really let the team down today - was responsible for 2 Gills goals
I hope he really ups his game ASAP : not the player he was!

How does Sears still manage to get a game these days is baffling.

Look at the goal differences between us and the top teams in the division. I reckon that explains our problem. One goal a game will not cut it any any league.
