A 91st minute substitution to try and at least get a draw is imbecilic even by Lambert’s standards.
5 year contract ffs.

It is a pity there is no option to rate the managers, in terms of formation, mid game changes, substitutions and the timing of substitutions.......probably a minus option should be available

Crying out for someone who could pass the ball on the deck second half. Ie Andre Dozzell . I cannot fathom Lambert's loyalty to Judge. His performances are so often indifferent to poor. He must be replaced.

Shame we can't mark Lambert as once again he let us down. Poor subs.

Oxford were poor...really poor. They gave the ball away a lot and didn't seem to know where ream mates were most of the time....more often than not they passed it to us...
Still beat us though.....

Entertaining, even 1st half, despite both sides being shot shy, Oxford scoring just before half-time, with a well executed goal.
Town didn't turn up for the second half, Jackson, our only likely scorer totally negated, with his frustrations leading to a red card.
Bizarre changes to personel and system by Paul Lambert, during the second half, totally out 'foxed' us supporters, probably the team, but not our opponents.
