Ahh Brenner How I’ve missed you iPlayer coverage has been generally poor this season especially when compared to today BBC being available. The Club have openly said it moved from BBC commentary to promote ticket & club sales, but I don’t need text messages from Dave in Guilford being read out at half time to make me go buy a mug from the shop Plus PR is pretty full at the moment and shirt sales through the roof
Spend whatever fee is needed and bite some pride and just let BBC do the commentary - production allows so much wider coverage of football/sports Its a million times better Plus Brenner is actually good. Way better than some of the other club commentary teams - even those still using local Radio
OR give a third option on the TV iPlayer feed of no commentary and just the crowd noise. Not an option on commentary only obviously, but today I realise how dour its been this season vs. Beeb.
No one has moaned for a while as far as I can see. But I’ve been listening to opposition commentary most games since BBC Suffolk was binned and have to say it makes it a better experience. If that’s next years standard on our own TV then give me strength. It is NO GOOD ITFC. Why can’t you see that??? I don’t need a love in. I prefer an unbalanced opposition to a sanitised club line, especially when it’s flat as a lake. Am I wrong??
What is essentially the point. We don't do any better with any of them in or out of the team and lets face it we may as well work out how bad the remainder are in readiness for the P45 or psychologist queues that should be forming.
Will be interesting on signing and rumour front if Sunderland don’t go up on Sunday Generally not just for Norwood. All of a sudden we are not the biggest stadium on the block.
