League One Expected to Be Brought to Early End
'Even if the play-offs are expanded to eight clubs, the Blues wouldn’t be involved if places were decided on either PPG scenario. While Town are 10th in the table as it stands, they drop to 11th under both PPG formulas.
That would be Town’s lowest finish since 1952/53 when the Blues, then managed by Scott Duncan, were 16th in Division Three South.'
I think I speak for all of us when I say 'Lambert out' here.
League One and Two Seasons Could Be Ended Next Week
I assume we're still hoping for a season to go ahead because we need a set-in-stone excuse to sack our worst ever manager, with a presumably reduced compensation package.
Merely 'ending' the season would give him grounds for legal recourse, I suspect.
My Best Town XI: Carlos Edwards
I know he played in some BAD ITFC teams during his time here but there's really NO excuse for picking Lee Martin.
O'Neill: We Still Back Completing Season
...hopefully because there's a release cause in Lambert's contract in the event of failure to achieve promotion and we can sack our Worst Manager Ever.
Town Down to Ninth
But the football is better and we've got our club back now. That's what really counts, right?
