Like everything else in football nowadays its commercial, people choose to buy the shirts they produce every year, if there is no demand there is no sale, if the people stopped buying them they wouldn't produce new ones so often, only the consumer has the power to stop the production and until everyone is on board with the club producing a new shirt evert 5 years for example I'm afraid it is what it is and its tough on those who can't afford a new shirt every year, as people have said its a business and businesses are there to make money not care about your feeling on the matter!!
I myself have been in a position now for years where the expense of a new shirt isn't justifiable no matter how much I'd love one. if you don't have the cash just go without or if you can save up for one or wait until they reduce it and wear last years shirt, but at the end of the day its not about how new the shirt you wear is its the pride you feel wearing our colours that counts!!

Also according to the EADT Ed Sheeran designed this shirt himself, kudos Ed!!
Imagine if you got Ed to actually to personally sign one of the shirts he not only sponsors and supports but designed himself that would be a damn cool shirt to own!!

I'm not gonna be disparaging to the lad, if he can improve his ability to cross the ball and his close control with the pace he poses he has the potential to be championship standard with ease!!
I wish him all the best, he gave his all for us every time he put on the shirt which is more than a couple of the younger lads who were sold last summer ever did for us when we truly needed them.

I just need to address a little something I picked up on throughout the comments so far, I can't speak for others but making my comment on MB earlier I had no thought of bringing him back as "our main striker" just bringing him back as he imo is a very decent striker to have in the squad, even if he played in a front 3 every match he would indeed be one of the main strikers in that respect but I think as others whom have commented do and that's "Our main striker" whether he is a signing or very high calibre loan that man is yet to come!!
That's the trouble with comments its impossible to get into someone else's mind and see what their interpretation of what you have written is.
Tyreece is young, he came back from Swindon and things didn't go to plan for him either injury or KMc wanting to view more seasoned pro's in the team and choosing not to look at him for the time being (should we have given TS games when he came back?? IMO defo) one for the future may have been KMc thoughts, probably under pressure from an agent and the disappointment of not being played his youthful disillusionment prompted a transfer request!! Now if you haven't listen to the renegade statmans podcast with KD I know it was months ago but the point he makes is the whole situation with TS could change as he is still our player and whilst he is our player if he does get a good run in the team at the start of the season his mind could change, most of us are old enough to know you never know in football!!
Some of these comments really are stupid, no MB didn't have a good final half to his loan spell here last season but all strikers go through baron spells and if I recall there was a game in which he did score and was ruled offside even though he was clearly on that could have been the start of another good scoring spell for him but as it was ruled out the poor guy must have been thinking he just can't catch a break and as we all know football is a confidence game and things like that inevitably affect the psyche. A bad patch does not make him a bad player but when luck is against you in any aspect of life its hard, I could indeed be letting my heart rule my head with MB being a Town fan and bringing to the club that something extra special that comes with it but he sure as sh1t isn't as bad as some have made out and as you have guessed I would welcome him playing for us again sooner rather than later, time will tell!!

As we have found out being prepared upon taking an offer of 10million if someone offered that amount is a lot different to the player being worth 10million!!
If we could keep Holy around just for personality I'd give him another 3 year deal!! A very enthusiastic and likeable player but not quite the calibre of player we need, like everyone I wish him all the best wherever his future takes him, thank you and good bye Tomas.
