Happy enough with that.

Did he? Imo that is bonkers.

I heard him mention the Derby game but didn't quite catch it all.

Do you think he's right?

I thought we were outstanding against Derby but against a poorer team who hadn't scored in 4 we played worse.

Expected much, much more in an absolute must win game.

Played a team today that hadn't scored for 4 games.

Go and take a look at the form table and take the positives from that.

Yeah i have to agree with that but Mills said that in the first half we were excellent and that overall we played really well.

Didn't see it that way at all.

And now we've got Lambert saying we were great aswell.

Yes the ball goes over him but there is no threat, no threat what so ever until Knudsen redirects the ball and assists McClean.

Pennington at fault?

You need to watch it again, he was shielding and shepherding the ball out to where there were no Stoke players then Knundsen decides to assist McClean.

Yeah looks like Knudders got that completely wrong.

Not quite the same intensity and fight as our last 2 games, disappointing.

They really need to raise their game in the second half.

Watching Trump live.....
at 20:31 15 Feb 2019

It's quite breathtaking to see all of the criticism of Trump but when it comes to his foreign policy of supporting and encouraging a coup in a sovereign nation then many of the critics and haters suddenly forget their past comments and rally behind him.

How odd!

It's taken a while but there does seem to be a reponse now to Lambert and like you say that is our glimmer of hope.

To bring back heart and spirit to our team will see us well for the future and it will serve as a foundation to work from.

Quite happy with mid-table obscurity with matches like that.

Don't mind losing when we play with that effort, energy, fight and spirit.

Yeah, great to see that spirit tonight as it was on Sunday.

Great game to watch, thought we done well and played some nice stuff. Well done lads.

Question on Lambert
at 15:22 13 Feb 2019

Well with all that being said, let's face it (although it might not be Lamberts fault) the only game where the team have really, really battled and fought tooth and nail was the Norwich game.

No one can say that we saw the same fight and spirit in the previous games like that we saw on Sunday and it's a massive shame really because against Villa, Blackburn and Wednesday we could of come away with something.

Anyway, still not over if we can show that same fight and battle like we did against Norwich.

Going for a home win tonight.

Word Cup in Qatar - Lynton Crosby
at 14:46 11 Feb 2019

Wow, that is pretty mad, wasn't he a former Tory party strategist?

"As part of the pitch document, named “Project Ball”, Crosby said CTF Partners could set up full-time war rooms around the world to spread negative stories about Qatar in the mainstream media, run fake grassroots campaigns on social media, and lobby potentially friendly politicians, journalists and academics."

Hmmm, makes you think doesn't it?

I wonder if there is a full-time war room for the 'dangerous hero'?

A massive morale boost of beating Derby could kick start a run with the following 3 games winable against Stoke, Wigan and Reading which would put us right back in the mix.

I think we are standing just outside of the saloon, win against Derby on Wednesday then we've Stoke at home who are on a woeful run right now.

Followed by a winable game against Wigan then that massive game against Reading.

Still think we can do it but first we need that win against Derby and i honestly think we will beat them and kick start a run.

It's not over yet.
