Whilst it has increased, looking back on the price of my ST seat(Upper SAR), it did take a significant dip on relegation to league 1. Given we are pushing for the PL, I think to be paying much the same as I was in 2011-12 is reasonable. 2006-07 - £456 2007-08 - £474 2008-09 - £474 2009-10 - £474 2010-11 - £474 2011-12 - £502 2012-13 - £502 2013-14 - £502 2014-15 - £532 2015-16 - £548 2016-17 - £556 2017-18 - £564 2018-19 - £508 2019-20 - £444 2020-21 - £444 2021-22 - £444 2022-23 - £444 2023-24 - £464 2024-25 - £501 |

People who put their hazard warning lights on to show they are braking. Lights which are next to the brake lights that automatically come on when they use the brake. |

So true. I'm not sure what people think the salad drawer is for, if it isn't to be filled with chocolate. |

Are you sure? I looked and thought it said the 'Substitution sponsored by Treadwell(?)' message but not what the actual change was. |
| Forum Thread | New scoreboard on North Stand at 13:23 2 Nov 2023
Good that the time ticks past 90.00, but it is just the score and the clock I get everything is directed to the big screen but I can't see that so it's a bit frustrating that it has stopped showing the teams pre match, substitutions, etc. I don't hear too well (my hearing not the the PA) so no idea who came on for Fulham or the crowd till after the game. |

I question why everything has to stop for a routine substitution. It wasn't a problem when there were 1-2 subs per side, but as the number has grown it has just meant a stop/start second half. I think this could be looked at. Why can't the fourth official hold up the board then the players swap over at the next opportunity while the match carries on? |

A couple of episodes of this BBC R4 antidote to panel shows were recorded at the Regent a couple of weeks ago. It was very amusing if you enjoy this kind of thing. Just posting as the first episode goes out tonight at 6.30pm on R4 Several mentions of Ipswich including ITFC although not sure how many make the 30min cut. (Recording each episode was about an hour's worth of material.) |

Plus the they get the 5 point bump from having the membership last year So if you went six away games, were a member last year and sign up you start on 16 points If you went six away games, weren't a member last season and sign up you start on 5 points Surely it would make sense to credit the away games and so you start on 11 points. Not as good as a member last year but not the same as 0 away games |
| Forum Reply | No gold or silver membership last season, no points for away games!! at 17:28 12 Jul 2023
I can see much of the logic at the top end of this scheme but I think my frustration as a ST holder without membership is that 23 home league games, 6 away (and some cups — can’t remember how many) carries 0 points. Often, I go fewer away games each season (1-2) so the £40 is a large add-on to make it viable. Especially when I’m guessing enough tickets will trickle through to ST holders anyway. I can see the logic that memberships boost the revenue and there needs to be some incentive to buy them but it does seem mean to some ST holders. I'm nowhere near a high priority for away tickets but I'm not sure I should be lower that someone who didn't go any games. I wondered if there could have been a system where home and away games count regardless of whether you are a member or not. Those that buy membership could have an increased amount of bonus points to start them at the same level as non-member ST holders rather than leapfrog them. Then even earn double points for every game attended to get ahead. I guessing they probably look at all options but from my angle it does seems like 0 games + £40 card = 5points and 29+ games = 0points. |

Similar situation. I went to all home and 6 away. I have 0 points (presumably because I didn't have a gold card). I don't mind a points system and I don't mind being down the list, but paying £40 to leapfrog ST holders for away games seems less fair. |

Same here, SAR Upper. There are several of us who sing along and people do join in but it's never going to be as loud as the North due to the demographic of people in there (mainly older people, mums dads, and young children and and people who mostly need to sit during games). Some games we are more successful than others, but I think there is some truth that the SBR which makes much more noise is often barely heard by us. I can imagine that even at our loudest you don't hear us, |

I think it arguable whether playing over 2 legs is as much of an advantage to the better team than having a single leg at home. The only tweak I'd consider is scrapping the penalty shoot out. If they can't be separated after 210 minutes league position should come into play. Both teams would know this from the start and the lower team have to win to take the place from the higher team. Same. Would have been nice to have some celebrations in front of the other 3 stands as well, but did get some photos of players backs from 100 yards. Edmundson, Walton and Wolfie came to the Sir Alf mostly it was a bit disappointing. Still, WE ARE GOING UP! |
