Legislators have an obligation to prohibit hate speech and incitement.
And restrictions on 'free speech' can also be justified if they protect specific public interest or the rights and reputations of others. |

What a great signing he would be! And while we're at it, why not re-sign Micky Mills, Russell Osman, Johnny Wark and, as long as the ball was put on the spot, Ray Crawford, as he could probably still knock 1 or 2 in!
