Jack Smith is stopping the two of the most serious prosecutions against Trump and resigning from his post before Trump comes into power.
The classified documents case and the case for trying to overthrow the election are both being stopped.
The Georgia election interference case is still on the books, but Trump has talked about prosecuting the Judge and AG there to stop that one too. |
