Actually thought there was a foul for the winner but was praying they would still give it as Greece deserved it. How on earth you can take a player who’s in the form of his life and play him totally out of position is beyond me. Plus 3 or 4 of his team mates as well…

Pretty joyless tbh. Silence before the game, during it (apart from the lengthy moaning in the first half and people saying with 10 minutes to go 'if this was man city they'd be going for the jugular...'
Walking back to Stratford, nothing, silence no celebratory atmosphere. Just all seemed very odd.
We were OK up until 35 and then just seemed to want to give them it. Well beaten in the end though. Delap should have come off long before he did. Thought he felt his calf and looked knackered after that. Few moments we didn't get the rub of the green and the linesman on the left may as well have not been there
