Thread | Not being notified about ballot success

Has anyone else had problems with not being notified if successful in the home ticket ballots?
My partner applied for the ballot for the southampton game, however received no email on if she was successful.There was no email from the club in her spam folder too. However, today I was able to log on to her account and purchase her a ticket. [Post edited 3 Jan 12:40]

Listened to matt slater on the talking town podcast and he said their was another party interested in Ipswich and put an offer in. Apparently they back away when they knew the Americans were interested.
