| News Comment | Chalobah: I Now See Myself as a Midfielder at 18:24:14
Chalobah has definite ability and comments like the above are probably citing his sometimes wayward passing and overplaying, which can be frustrating. A lot of that is inexperience and his style can lead to him looking to relaxed (I don't think that's the case mind). I have no doubt he'll play in premier league at some point. Not in a million years will we keep him next year. Expect to see him in a play-off chasing team. |
| News Comment | McCarthy Impressed By Blues Pair at 23:07:30
Boo Mick called us numbskulls boo. We've gone on to much better things now. Stick that in your pipe Mick... I wasn't against Mick going, it was time he went but some of us fans think we're back to the Burley days after 2 home draws. |
| News Comment | Evans Rewards Regular Away Fans With Free Hospitality at 20:15:40
Some people talk utter garbage. I'm not benefiting from this gesture from Evans, which, by the way, he doesn't have to do as it's a reward to fans who are clearly with the club through good and bad anyway. I think he's been a terrific owner, has invested SENSIBLY on the whole, saved us from goodness knows what, gives managers time, which is a rarity nowadays. His main mistakes have been some misinformed choices on the more footballing aspect e.g. letting PH dismantle the squad in the summer. I look forward to Bluearmy81 investing in town through credit cards and loans etc. Clearly building a huge debt isn't a problem |
| News Comment | Boro and Stoke Again Linked With Knudsen at 10:52:47
Drewcudders- no sarcasm from me at all. He's a decent defender at this level in my opinion. You disagree and that's fine but MM rated him, he played under PH, PL stated he wanted to kee him, Denmark clearly rate him (they're not a bad side either btw...hardly like he's playing for some whipping boys). I'd also point out that all the sides being linked with him are on teams with aspirations of either premier league or European football. He's a step up on Elder and Kenlock |
| News Comment | Chambers: We Gave Everything for Hurst at 20:38:59
@ Cat Not sure our defensive record has been that bad in the last couple of years. It's not great so far this season (obviously) but Chambers is way down our list of issues. Maybe if we could score a goal or two some pressure would be taken off the defensive side and, maybe, just maybe that would lead to less mistakes. |
| News Comment | Celina: Don't Underestimate Town at 21:40:21
Yep, ignore his comments re MM and draw your own (made up) conclusions. Say what you want about MM and his 'style but no player has ever made it to the top without hard graft - which is what MM demands from his teams. |
| News Comment | Hurst: Spirit in the Camp Extremely Good at 19:00:13
I'm pleased with the way he's approached the rumours to him upsetting people. A win on Saturday and things could look very different, very quickly. Confidence is a big thing. |
