| News Comment | Jewell: Town Indebted to Lee-Barrett at 09:43:55
'Come on. We were rubbish today; got a result by the skin of our teeth' 'Don't get me wrong I thought we were ok today' Which is it fella? We were rubbish but we were OK? We can't expect 5 goals every week and it's just as important grinding out the 1-0 results. Too often this year the problem has been conceding the late goals and not closing out games. |

Agree with Wickedblue. Slagging Ellington is harsh, he was brought on when the game was already lost and yet made a couple of decent runs, one of them right into their box, and then when he tried to play it across goal there was no one there for him. Personally don't think we've seen anywhere near enough of him to be making judgements just yet. |

Surely if you're asking for £3.5m for a house, you'd replace the swimming pool liner yourself if you knew it needed doing?!?? |

Canadian lie, how is a spinal board unnecessary? Any trauma above the clavicle carries a significantly increased risk of cervical spine injury. By the sounds of things his consciousness was also impaired so he wouldn't have been able to report any cervical spine tenderness. The medics did absolutely the right thing; to have not treated him with spinal immobilisation would have been bordering on indefensible. Glad he's on the mend. |
| News Comment | Murray Makes Torquay Debut at 11:07:53
It's not the end of the world if one of the front 2 get injured; I'm pretty sure we have a 24 hour recall on Murray. |
| News Comment | Jewell Delighted With Hammering at 23:18:33
What a fantastic result, and a great clean sheet too. Thought O'Driscoll was a bigger man than that; I know he's just been thrashed, but he could be slightly more gracious! COYB |
| News Comment | Jewell Delighted With Another Three Points at 18:31:53
Cracking win, the thing that struck me the most was how happy the players looked when they were celebrating, like they were genuinely pleased for each other and pleased to be playing for the Town. COYB |
| News Comment | McParland: The Players Sweated Blood at 00:07:45
Amazing performance from start to finish. Every player on the pitch in a blue shirt played with passion and total commitment. First time for a long time that I've had to wipe away a tear whilst watching a game; 11 players playing together like they wanted to win it more than anything else in the world. The truth, What the hell is your problem with Moisha? They are publicly stating support for Paul Jewell and you shoot them down in flames? I would suggest the real problems with ITFC supporters are people like you who seek to be divisive at EVERY opportunity. For the record, I would like to see Jewell here. Yes, he had a woeful run with a crap Derby team who probably shouldn't have been up there in the first place, but I remember him getting Wigan playing EXACTLY the type of attacking, flowing football that people want to see at PR. | News Comment | Keane: We Adapted Better to the Conditions at 13:07:33
Best we have played in a long, long time. To those saying that the conditions suited us better because we played long ball, I disagree, we played some really good stuff on the ground. Thought Scotland and O'Connor linked up superbly at times. Can only cross fingers now that Keane keeps the faith in Shane, because I thought in terms of effort, work rate and composure on the ball, he was by some distance the best player out there. I am not a fan of Mr Keane but if he can keep the boys playing like that then I'll be a happy man. COYB |
| News Comment | Town Complete Zuiverloon Loan Signing From West Brom at 16:46:42
Spot on jas099. The majority of fans have been crying out for a RB for weeks, now we have one. I am by no means pro-Keane at all, the bloke is a muppet, but try and have some positivity!! |

Nunny, if you're going to comment on other people's spelling, try and spell 'occasionally' right. |
| News Comment | Keane Disappointed With Defeat at 13:31:25
Blueisthecolor, NOTHING gets on my tits more than people who come on here with the tired old comment, 'if you dont like it go up the A140'. You say you support the team 100%, yet in an earlier post you are slagging off a very highly rated youngster who happens to be employed by our club??? Doesn't seem like universal praise of everything blue to me!!! |
| News Comment | Keane: Win But We Didn\'t Play Well at 19:07:07
I'm inclined to agree with jas; the last thing RK wants is for the players to start believing their own hype and becoming complacent. This should keep their feet on the ground, and keep them all pushing even harder for their place. Dream start. COYB |
