Rotheram were the best team that has played here for years there tactics the fitness of there players and the physical strength of the team winning nearly every ball and they could have easily scored at least another 2 goals a great example how to win this league and some of the Ipswich players should look at themselves and there own fitness and performance

Poor performance against oldham

The first 20minutes Oldham should have been finished off but we're allowed to gain confidence and could have won the game
There are still major problems in midfield where the ball is not being won back
The substitutes was again strange the game needed another striker against a Oldham keeper who was struggling with shots and crosses and there needs to be close look at Edwards who is quality going forward but can't get back to defend and what Penney brings to the game besides passing backwards

The failure in the championship and the problems now are a lack of goals this is a failure of of tactics and the quality of players the clear out should have been after the relegation now to many players just playing for the wage every month there is now no battle for places
Other teams have players who want to play itfc is now a squad of many who have no motivation and no worry if they play or dont
