If as you say Bournemouth are light years ahead of us in terms of footballing ability, why is it then that they have not beaten us in FOUR attempts?

I am convinced PJH that if Royle had been here when Evans first took over we would have been promoted of that I have no doubt! Whether we would have stayed in the PL is another matter altogether but it would have been great to just be there! |

You make some good points PJH but I think you are forgetting that we have been in this hell hole of a division for close on 15 Years without much signs of changing! No wonder we are getting the numbers we do because lets face it, it is just so boring being a Town fan and has been for the last 10 or so years! Under Royle and Burley at least we saw some decent attacking football whether we Won, Lost or Drew! It is so bad now at Portman Road that even when we do win I sometimes wonder how the hell we managed it! |

Extra firepower is badly needed with McG not firing at the moment. We are far too reliant on Murphs and if he gets injured (fingers crossed he doesn't) I really will worry where the goals are going to come from. Sears looks decent but I'm not sure he is quite up to speed just yet. |

I seem to remember that when we were in a similar position back in March 2000 Burley went out and bought a certain Marcus Stewart for £2.5 Million to see us over the line! Its great to see that we have made such huge progress since then. |
