At least with the old mob I knew they were average, so anything above that was a plus.
We were told we’d get higher quality with this lot.
We’ve got 4 decent players; Burns, Walton, Chaplin and Edmundson.

He got it wrong, but his only positive was clearing out so much of the deadwood that had already been relegated and then had 2 mid table L1 finishes - get them out, very average crop of players.
We have individually a good squad now, hoping for the next manager to turn them into a very good team. |

Makes me chuckle when people so this as if we are too good to be in League 1.
We have even dangered the top 6 in League for 2 years, and very unlikely to it again. Right now we are actually where we deserve to be. |

We won’t, Crewe we should pick up 3 points Saturday though. Crewe & Gillingham probably the only time we’ll pick up 3 points between now and the new year. |
