WalkRules I believe that we can spend what we want on transfer fees but are only allowed to spend 60% of our annual turnover (including incoming transfer fees) on wages. Hence why we are probably offloading some under performing high wage players. if i am wrong please someone correct me! |

I know a lot of supporters believe Cook is the way forward but he has failed miserably so far. Play offs should have been a minimum from when he took over. I agree lambert was poor but Cook has taken us backwards. I don't have a clue what he is doing in training. Tactics and formation have changed for the better and performances are far worse. Not sure he will be in charge at end of the season and trusted with the new player funds. I would drop all eleven and play under 23 team now for the rest of the season and send back the loan players |

The players are a disgrace. No idea what their game plan is. How are these performances going to help their careers??? However in fairness when PC took over 10 games ago and 2 points off of the playoffs I was certain that we would at least be in top 6. If that isn't achieved then I do have serious concerns regarding him being out of his depth. So far he hasn't improved the team performances at all. In fact we are actually going backwards. The players haven't responded to him at all. We also need a proper captain and leaders on the pitch to replace the ineffective uninterested old school. |
