Cook Aiming For Three Wins in a Week, Starting With Crewe
at 12:42:17

Well, this really is a must-win, isn't it? I expect the squad players to come in for the Pizza Cup game so won't be overly concerned if we lose that.

Morsy: We Were Below Par Against a Good Team
at 10:55:53

The last 5 league games have shown where Town are. 1 win from 5 against teams in the top 7 places. Not good enough with the resources Cook has been given and the excuses are becoming more painful.

Blues Host Rotherham Looking to Bounce Back From Sunderland Defeat
at 14:42:55

A big test for Town against in-form Rotherham. Fail to win and that will be only one win from the run of 5 games against other promotion contenders and that would indicate that. despite the improvement, Town are still falling short of expectations.

Bonne: I Don’t Want QPR to Recall Me
at 12:09:22

He clearly want to stay & has rediscovered his mojo by playing regularly again. Let's hope Warburton doesn't want him as a back-up striker as QPR chase the play offs, but that's outside our control. A full transfer would be great, but that would depend on us & QPR agreeing a fee & Bonne agreeing a contract. Talk of back-to -back promotions seems fanciful with Town 10th in the league.

EFL Confirms Schedule For 2022/23 Qatar World Cup Season

Bloater actually voted for the USA & was visibly shocked when Qatar won the gig, also realising he'd been outfoxed by the equally corrupt Platini. His ban from football expires in 2023 - be very afraid!

Cook to Make Changes as Town Visit Oldham For Cup Replay
at 16:39:17

Town last won an FA Cup tie at Portman Road in 2009. Just let that sink in...
On reflection, don't, it's too depressing. Many of the miserable seasons in recent years might have been enlivened by a little Cup run. McCarthy & Lambert didn't take the Cup seriously; Cook picked a full strength side & we couldn't beat a lowly Oldham Athletic. As promotion this season is unlikely, I'd like us to win & then beat Barrow, which we should, as this could add something to the season, but Cook will understandably realise Town's owners will be more focused on the league position as a yardstick of his progress as manager.

Schwartz: The Opportunity at Town Was Too Good to Pass Up

The "opportunity" seems to be to get to lose £15m a year while staying in the Championship, assuming that Cook can get Town there.

Cook: We've Had a Couple of Big Highs, Let's Make Sure They Continue
at 10:47:03

"We deservedly equalised"?!?
Wycombe were totally dominant at that point & the Town goal came right out of the blue. After that, we more than matched Wycombe for the rest of the half, but don't sugar coat everything.

Oldham FA Cup Tickets on General Sale
at 20:26:52

Cook will blather about how much he loves the FA Cup, field a reserve XI & after Town go out feebly, will say that "the team I selected should have been good enough to win the game".
£10 a ticket is about right. The last Town manager to take the FA Cup seriously was Super Jim.
