I’m not sure that all Hull fans will miss him. One said, when I said he’d be likely just to warm Villa’s bench, “He’ll be warming your bench as well after 10 games watching him faffing around losing the ball and with no end product, then sulking when things don’t go his way. Enjoy!”

Personally, I don’t mind which way this goes (provided we get a proper keeper to replace Vas). In KMc we trust, of course, and if he’s seen something in Billy Jean that I haven’t, then I’m not going to question it.
