 | Your Report | Ipswich Town v Aston Villa Your Report added at 17:12:42 Don't give anything away boys, make sure that point you start with is still there come 5pm. No need to be adventurous and try to get those extra points, I'll take a point all day long. Brilliant, really enjoyed that, super point won, Barnsley are a really good side with good players, no mugs at all. Thought it was a good competitive typical Championship game, would have been criminal if we had come away with nothing. Another point in the bag, super. Mick |
 | Your Report | Ipswich Town v Aston Villa Your Report added at 17:56:37 If the side that finished the game had started the game I don't think we would have lost that. The team selection was worse than woeful, how can you possibly think that would work, you can't play 2 of Douglas, Skuse and Hyam let alone all 3, it didn't work on Tuesday until we got a lucky penalty, only when Varney came on did we look better. Haven't been this annoyed or upset coming out of PR since Jewells days, its turgid, miserable and quite frankly unacceptable. Nothing in renewal pack to make me renew other than to spend more money, no doubt I will do, fool! |
 | Your Report | Ipswich Town v Aston Villa Your Report added at 22:45:14 Fantastic performance from 14 seconds onwards, everyone played their part. Fraser was wonderful, lets enjoy him while he is here. Knudsen had a great game too, and is improving week on week, one of his crosses was out of this world and fantastic pass to Fraser to set up goal. Best home performance for a year, and we played it on the floor. |
 | Your Report | Ipswich Town v Aston Villa Your Report added at 17:26:20 Dreadful performance, god help us if any of our first teamers get injured! Bart and Oar aside every one of the 11 that started were dreadful. AMN just didn't want to be there, Digby is nowhere near ready. |
 | Your Report | Ipswich Town v Aston Villa Your Report added at 23:58:39 Decent first half, taught a lesson second half. Midfield very much second best second half, some sloppy passing and no pace out wide. Knudsen's long throws offer nothing and in fact put us on the back foot as we always end up losing the ball and now even a goal. Boro seemed to have another gear to shift into which we lacked. Movement was poor second half and lack of pace evident. Hopefully return of Fraser, Bishop, Hyam, Bru, Varney and maybe emergence of Oar can have a huge impact second half of season. Boro look a good bet for promotion, top 5 pulling away, just one place to play for. |
