 | News Comment | Lambert Dismisses Dressing Room Mutiny Claim at 11:52:03
“Bart was in the tunnel arguing with a steward.. Bart left here two years ago... I don’t get involved in it. I don’t read anything” So you didn't read it Paul, but you know what picture accompanied it? |
 | News Comment | Lambert: Incredible to Be Two Points Off the Top at 07:12:03
5th in the table, 20th in the form table. Wouldn't matter if we had everyone fit, Lambert would still be tactically inept. Clinging on to a top 6 spot in a league as weak as this is not an achievement. |
 | News Comment | Bennetts: Nice to Have Run in the Team But I'd Like to Have Made a Bigger Impact at 11:03:40
It's not easy being patient as a Town fan right now, as it feels like that is all we've done in recent memory and the club has continued to go backwards. I do like the look of this lad though and this gives some context to his performances that I wasn't previously aware of. More to come hopefully. |

Bert thanks for the balanced response, that is fair comment and I agree that the club-run ticket office did improve under Evans. But now ticketing is run by a third party I believe and already we have seen issues with this (convoluted process, fans being unable to get it to work etc). It remains to be seen whether these things will get ironed out in time. |

SeasonTKT_Cobbold a quick look on twitter will tell you I'm not the only one who thinks Town have done a less than stellar job here, compare to similar anecdotal feedback from other clubs. The fact remains, ticketing is just the latest area of the club which Marcus Evans has outsourced to a third party (seatgeek) and it's us paying customers (as Evans has made it very clear that is how he views us) who bear the brunt of the inevitable reduction in quality of the service. I will be at Portman Road on Saturday fully behind the team. But I remain highly critical of how the club is being run as every area of the club has been in consistent decline since Evans took over. As it has been said, many of you will just put up with it like good little consumers so long as a ball is being kicked at Portman Road. But I have come to terms with the fact that you can back the team while being unhappy with how the club is being mismanaged. |

JDAndCoke at a time when the relationship between the club and the fans is at an all time low and the owner has released a statement implying the fans are to blame for us being in the third tier, I would say it matters a great deal that the club do what they say they're going to do for the fans, when they say they are going to do it. Not say one thing, then have to update us twice more in the space of 48 hours to say we can't deliver what we previously promised. I don't doubt the size of the task or how hard the people involved have worked on it. But the club has known this was coming for some time, so has had ample time to prepare. Other clubs managed to roll this out a week ahead of us don't forget. Once again it smacks of doing things on the cheap and a lack of leadership. Where have we seen that before under Marcus Evans? Those of you who are content with the shambles this club has become, keep hitting that downvote button. As for me, I'd like to see the club I love run a little better. |
 | News Comment | Lambert on Henry Replacement: We Need to Look at That at 12:51:13
“I’m big enough and old enough now to look after ourselves. Jim’s going to do his own thing." So, as suspected, this "consultancy role" is just a load of flannel. Lambert has fallen out with him due to the injury situation and he's on gardening leave. What a circus we have become. |
 | News Comment | Owner Evans Issues Statement at 19:50:02
Absolutely unreal, trying to proportion some of the blame for our current plight on the fans with "be careful what you wish for". He takes us all for mugs and thinks he can keep us in our place if we're divided. I am disgusted by what he's written here and if I was even remotely still on the fence before reading this, my mind is now made up. Evans get out of our club before you do even further harm. And take that busted flush of a manager with you! |
 | News Comment | O'Neill: Lambert's Job is Safe at 12:57:13
This is a meaningless statement, of course the club will publicly back the manager until such time as they get rid of him. What are people expecting LON to say, we're all aware you're hacked off with Lambert and I want to reassure you he's on thin ice and we'll sack him next week if we lose another game? Clearly he's not going to say that even if it's true as it would be totally unprofessional for him to do so and would undermine the manager. Also, anybody saying "we are where we are" and suggesting we should just accept the current malaise and get on with it needs their head tested. I will never accept this kind of mediocrity and no true fan should. If you care about ITFC then you should be utterly fed up with this situation and determined to make your voice heard. Enough is enough. |
 | News Comment | Lambert: Different Game Against Hull at 09:35:37
Hopefully the biggest difference will be the standard of our performance, as we'll get sweet FA from the game otherwise Lambo. |
 | News Comment | Town Fans Top of iFollow League One Table at 15:10:14

 | News Comment | Ex-Blues Defender Collins Announces Retirement at 10:26:17
Kept Rotherham out practically on his own, we never would have seen that game out without him. The points didn't matter in the end of course, but one of the most determined performances when up against it I've ever seen from anyone in a Town shirt. |
