Huws: Things Start to Fall Into Place and It's Enjoyable, Which It Wasn't For a While
at 16:20:34

I'll be the first to admit I doubted we'd see him again in any meaningful sense, so he's worked incredibly hard to get back fit and playing games again. Deserves a hell of a lot of credit and could be a real force for us if he can maintain it, but it's been a really promising start to his comeback.

The Sides Town Could Meet Away in the Next Round of the Leasing.com Trophy
at 09:53:41

"Premier League U21s sides in the competition play home games in the knockout phase"

Say what now? So they're guaranteed a home tie in each round they get through? What possible reason can there be for further bias in this crapfest of a "trophy"?

Lambert: Sunderland Boss Ross Needed More Time
at 12:32:05

As a general rule I don't pay too much attention to what goes on at other clubs, but I found the Sunderland Til I Die documentary very eye-opening. They have been a club in huge turmoil for some time, need to cut their cloth according to where they find themselves and have no divine right to be anywhere other than where they are. Pulling the plug on Ross when they're in the top 6, just a few points off automatic promotion, seems reckless. Unless they have money to throw around, they need to develop some patience or it.s just a continuation of the mismanagement of the club.

Town Linked With Derry Defender Toal
at 09:30:14

I think agents in Ireland just like to link players with us as we did take a few during the McCarthy era, so it sounds plausible and drums up interest. Do we actually have a scout out there any more?

Keane: I'm Ready When Required
at 16:37:48

If fit and up to speed, he's the best striker at the club. I actually think it's Norwood who he's more likely to replace, Jackson has pace and is able to run in behind, while Norwood looks more suited to aerial stuff and hold up play. Keane is just a better pedigree of that type of striker. Nors looks like an effort and heart player but ultimately a bit limited technically, I think this is probably the limit of his level where as Keane is clearly capable of more.

Chambers: Any Social Media Abuse is Unacceptable
at 17:04:13

ActionMan there is a difference between abuse and the entitled snowflakery that some people spout when their own narrow worldview is not popular.

TWTD do a good job of clamping down on actual abuse and users have been banned for racist or bigoted comments. As for giving players stick, it's a fine line, are we asking them to moderate comments and censor anyone who criticises a player? This is a free to use website, who is going to fund the man hours for that?

Roberts: First Town Goals Are a Confidence Booster
at 12:34:30

Great for him to get a couple of goals and it's good competition. Having said that, while I admire his desire, it's hard to see him dislodging Norwood or Jackson any time soon. I suspect he'll be cover until Keane and Sears are fit, after that...

Norwood Nominated for PFA Fans' Player of the Month
at 12:25:39

Happy to see him nominated, but shows these things up for what they are - I'd argue he's not been the best player in our team, let alone the division. Flynn Downes gets my vote.

Norwood Mania Wrestling Event in Harwich
at 12:33:35

Jesus wept, not this again.

He will not be wrestling. An "enforcer" just follows a wrestler to the ring, ponces about and winds the crowd up etc. The club are not going to allow him to put himself in harms way.

Emmanuel Joins Bolton
at 19:12:11

Saw Emmanuel play for us several times, never looked out of place and always useful going forwards. While I don't pretend to know better than the manager, I simply don't understand why he never got a run of games. Always looked like there was a player in there and certainly no worse than Kenlock. I won't be surprised if he makes a career for himself at this level or higher.

Lambert: Bury and Bolton Situations Not Healthy For the Game
at 12:36:17

Fans will argue about this forever, has Evans saved ITFC from a terrible fate, or has he spent around £70M to see us go backwards. The answer is probably both. Things could be better, but they could be worse. Lots of poor decisions, lots of money poorly spent, but at least he's not a total basket case or a scumbag trying to profit from our demise.

Be careful what you wish for!

Lambert: QPR Interest Definitely Unsettled Judge
at 12:11:10

I agree, some have criticised Judge for his lack of end product so far (although it was his corner Norwood scored from on Saturday). While I think he has flattered to deceive at times, his work rate compared to Dozzell for example is like night and day. Judge helps us get on top of teams and carries a threat and it's easy to underestimate how important that is, as it makes it much harder for the opposition to get a foothold in the game.

Town: Fans Should Expect Bans for Antisocial Behaviour
at 10:23:11

Skip there was a train full of them by all accounts, just "normal" fans. The rail network and BTP thought it would be a good idea for a train full of Town fans and a train full of Norwich fans to end up on adjacent platforms at the same time. That was only ever going to end one way I'm afraid.

With that said, a minority of idiots not considering the consequences of their actions are painting the club in a bad light at the moment. They need to grow up a bit.
