I actually emailed Mark Ashton two months back to ask again if there was any scope but there still isn’t unfortunately. He acknowledged the product and did say that if anything changed or arose that Away Days would be considered. So for the time being, maybe a pop-up space near ground is best bet. |

Certainly a character and a talented player. Hopefully Simpson hasn’t been slating us too much around him. |

I did Singapore / KL and Pangkor Laut in 2018. Really cool trip, with Pangkor Laut a proper gem. Amazing location and staff. Wasn't overly fussed on KL. For somewhere different / not resort focussed, Bonaire is worth a look, a tiny island off Venezuela. KLM do good offers on flights from time to time, but once there, there's some amazing boutique accommodation and blue seas on par with likes of Maldives. A really cool island to explore and relax on for a week despite the travel time. [Post edited 7 Apr 2022 11:46]

Most my family is from Maine and way back my great grand father had one...the thing was enormous. I'd imagine over here, folk would be taking a second look on seeing one out and about...a spike in "big cat" sightings. |

As a 34 year old, I've pondered of late the hype around him. Nothing has been stand out...quite liked the "Hold On" track but much of his other stuff I've heard, to me, has just been meh. I believe there is some history between him and The Weekend with tracks...want to say The Weekend guy claimed to have written a lot of Drake's early stuff just so he could earn some money. |

Just managed to complete Nottingham deliveries this afternoon with 15 mile range left in van. 3 stations with no fuel, 4 others I passed were all backed up queuing. Not sure what’s more infuriating…the media creating this carnage or the people lapping it all up!?! |

I had a jam lager the other day and it wasn't great...almost tasted vinegary. Certainly some weird and wonderful beers out there, but also some that just aren't great. Was only discussing this morning with one of the breweries new brews and trying something a little more out there...crisp flavoured beers seem to be the latest trend!?! Pint of Frazzle Fizz please... |
| Forum Thread | Away Days - Kit Factor Collab at 13:33 15 Sep 2021
Afternoon TWTD'ers, I hope we're all well...minus last nights result / the start to the new era. I just wanted to give you beer fans a heads up in regards to two new beers which I've collaborated with Kit Factor on. Ace at Kit Factor is a fellow Town fan and after the start to the season we thought we'd combine our love of the club and our skillsets for a bit of fun...I provide the beer, Ace provided the designs and together the end product was Wark To Victory & PorterMan Road. I'm sure both names have been suggested before on here, so hats off to any one who mentioned them. Both beers are only on a short run, available in the Kit Factor Packs at the link below, so if you fancy trying some of these tipples, get involved. https://awaydaysbeer.com/product/kit-factor-pack/ For now, let's hope for a win at the weekend. Certainly won't be any "Cook Out" beer being dropped from Away Days despite being worried by the start. The squad (despite results) is the best it's been for years, this gelling process just perhaps is going to take longer than we expect / would like...I am interested to see how long Cook gets given though. Thanks as ever for the support and Up The Town. TIB aka Josh https://awaydaysbeer.com/product/kit-factor-pack/ [Post edited 15 Sep 2021 13:38]

| Forum Reply | Unusual military aircraft regularly about here over past 3 weeks or so at 16:26 25 Aug 2021
I think most the US Aircraft involved are the Globemaster's and they're stopping in Rammstein with refugees rather than Mildenhall. Ospreys as mentioned more for special forces, quick in and out jobs with limited space for landing etc. Very cool pieces of kit. * I'm a bit of a plane geek / old man was in USAF. Was it Jack Beeton? I follow a few fan content creators down the leagues and he posted something on insta this morning apologising for what he did in week at the Cambridge game and has removed all the content he’s made over the years? I believe he also featured on the Dartford away video Alex Griffin did in pre-match interview. |

Worth noting second half we tried to take a free kick which would have put us in a strong position and he called back play. Poor game by the ref. |

Second half definitely better. Atkins had KVY in his back pocket though, little disappointed not to see KVY try and beat him more. Edwards was a breath of fresh air, causes them problems minute he came on. Sh*t result but we keep building. |
