Absolutely outstanding. Well done all. What a team. Who would have thought that away games at Bolton, Derby, Peterborough, and Barnsley, four play-off contenders, would have yielded 12 points with no goals conceded. Bring on Exeter and hopefully a promotion party. |

I noted at the Charlton game - the last of the season how there were not any apparent bare patches even in the goalmouths. Well done. |

65% possession and no shots on target. We need to attack more quickly before defences get set. This was a particular problem in the days of PL and PC when we played the ball across the back a lot. Things are better now but still need to get he ball forward quicker (not by hoofing it though). |
| News Comment | Barrow 2-0 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 21:50:43
How embarrassing on national TV again. Absolute drivel. The worst performance in my long memory, even worse than the Northampton game last season. No creativity or control. Out thought, out run, out fought by Barrow - for goodness sake. Only two meaningful attempts on goal. That ITFC cannot put out a team to compete with a side near the relegation zone in the 4th tier is disgraceful. |

Quite right BettyBlue (and others) we can't replace one of his quality (Palace were after him not so long ago). His injury set him back last season. |

We should not be selling our championship level players. Wrt to him being to slight....they said the same about Best and Modric. |

Those of us that had season tickets for last season are owed that amount. Why has no one, particularly the club mentioned this? |
| News Comment | Detmer: We Want to Engage Town's Lost Generation at 08:29:27
The club could engage with the current generation by not charging season ticket holders £230 each for iFollow which we were told is free and in many cases people could not or did not use. They have lost at least one over this. |

At half time I was thinking is this better than the Northampton game which was the worse in living memory. Just about in the end. The positives ..a clean sheet again and some good intricate play in midfield. The negatives are too many to cover them all, here are some. Not a shot on target again against two poor sides. Not closing down enough. How much time did they get on the ball, all over the pitch but especially around our box, compared to us. Everyone knows that a running man can get higher than a standing one, so why do we put 5 or 6 in their six yard box at corners with no one to run in from the edge of the box? Their keeper has the advantage there. Drinan (did he touch the ball in the final third in the first half?) too wide too often. We need his goal threat (he has scored once remember) in the middle. Hawkins brought on, presumably to effect a change - in the 87th minute — for goodness sake. |

That is the worst I have seen (ifollow) Ipswich play since 1957. Not a decent shot until 79th minute against a league 2 standard side! Yes PL plays the wrong system (one striker) without using his best strikers available but PL didn't keep passing to the opposition (except backwards or across the back), commit unnecessary fouls, pass to colleagues in poor positions, fail to control a pass, close down quickly enough, run off the shoulder of their marker (Norwood excepted) etc etc. Confidence is shot to pieces. At least I didn't pay for this. This STH will not renew unless things change. Holy MoM. |
