Sensible comments by PC. The good thing about League 1 is that you can almost lose half of your games and still be in contention. Which promoted teams in recent years have had amazing seasons? There are always peaks and troughs.
He shouldn't be judged on individual results, especially in the first couple of months. If ITFC have confidence in his methods then us fans should give him the time to put it all together

I was there today and I must say I thought we were really poor. This Southend team is really REALLY terrible but they looked a match for us for most of the game. Yes there is the new manager bounce but this is a team with 1 win in 15 and got drubbed midweek.
I'm pleased we won and we took the goals clinically but there are a few players in there not up to spec - Rowe and Edwards prime examples
Sorry to sound negative, an away win is always good but there is alarm bells ringing for me |
