Agreed. Even when I was at school (20 years ago) they pushed Uni Uni Uni.
I went, but ended up leaving as it wasn't for me. I ended up doing an apprenticeship (i.e 1 day at college, 4 at work) and it was so much better. No debt, earning money, earning how to do the job, instead of just learning "perfect" questions.
ALso, in my work, I find youngsters come in an expect to not do some of the "boring" work. Unfortunately most of us have started work and you have to do that, before you can "prove yourself" to move onto more interesting work. |

Agreed. and the users are very good.
It seems like because they have the "tech", they have to use it. FOr offsides, I much prefer the one they use for European competitions. ALso in EUropean games, they seem a lot better at just going with the refs decision too.
Personally, I like the "clear and obvious" status which it was supposedly brought in for. I know there will be a difference of what is clear and obvious, but i'm sure people would be more happy with that.
A toenail offside doesn't make a difference. The Leeds' goal the other night would have been obvious. |

They've got a lot more pressure on them to win now too surely.
Personally I don't think it matters greatly. If we are on form, we beat them. If not, they've got players to punish us. |

This is where you don't believe what people say.
First 2 months, they won 3, drew 3 and lost 4
Then after won 5 out of the next 6 (only losing to Burnley).
And he didn't not score for 7 games at home. Not sure people understand how BAD that is. |

I think people forget how bad it was near the end.
I'm sure we went 7 or 8 home games without a goal at one point......I mean, that's pretty bad.

Why didn't your family/friends get memberships?
Personally I dislike how ST Holders get priority over general sale. Why should a ST be able to get a ticket for their mates/family (who may have been to zero games) over a person who has been to X number of games but doesn't have a membership |

Not sure how i'd be wrong without some sort of facts?
There hasn't been many on their because I've looked sporadically (not every second because I have work and a life). "quite a few" but "not huge".
Also, do you know how many ST holders actually turned up, or how many were given to friends/family? I'd imagine no-one knows. I would imagine (again I can't prove anything) that more tickets were given to others, than were sold on the platform. Just my hunch.
But as you say, probably not many are given up at the moment anyway. [Post edited 23 Apr 14:16]

I'm not sure the season ticket returns works that great at the moment.
I'd imagine most ST holders have other people they know who would want to go, so the returns are very unlikely, and even more so with this game. The only way to get tickets released back would be if only the named person could go in (I'm not advocating for this btw).
The only tickets remaining I would imagine is if Huddersfield return any, and even then it won't be many. |

This is what we thought last season.
The break definitely won't have harmed us. We weren't exactly in good form.
These next 2 remind me a bit of Peterborough and Barnsley away last season.......just a bit more tough haha

When I said it was 3-2 at HT, I did think, you can't attack leeda and play an open game. That's what they want/need.
Lately they've struggled against the teams who defend well. |
