Anyone here who works at SCC Endeavour House and has a view of the practise pitch, you can watch Chambers playing with some of his academy youngsters.
With all the negativity around the club atm its really good to see him down there with the community. |

Is he really a CM or should he be a CB? From what I've seen so far he looks better at reading the game than playing any spliting passes.
He sometimes plays strange balls that end up no where, not sure about his decision making terms of having shots on goal either.
I'm sure you lot will put me in my place regarding this

Realistically we're not going to get a Striker on loan from the leagues below us. So i assume it'll either be a fringe Premier League player or Championship.
In terms of Centre Back, we could sign Tilt on loan with a clause saying we'll stump up the £1mil in Jan? (as seen in a different post)
Anyone have any ideas on players available who'd suit our new Barca style of play?

Seen a lot of posts about possible starting XI's, not sure I've seen one that includes Skuse.
Yes it's very good to have all these new players but we still need someone with experience in the middle of the park, who is able to put a foot on it sometimes.
Although saying that, didn't have a massive involvement in my view on Saturday. Looked a lot slower and quite tired at times.
P.S Please stop including Sears in the XI's, imo its a waste of a position playing him out wide, would rather have an out and out winger there.

Turns out McCarthy tried to buy him from Spurs. However he's just signed a new contract with Spurs till 2021.....and played against Roma the other night. |
