We did and would definitely recommend the Wendella Boats hour and a half architechture boat trip from Dusable bridge, good views, very well informed guide.
The Art Institute of Chicago is a bit obvious but really good, we are not experts but were there for 4 hours.
Pettorino's on N Dearborn St for drinks and Volare on E Grand Ave for dinner.

Completely agree with this.
No system will please everyone and this one is pretty good in principle, but this was an error.
Yes, force membership for the this year, but why penalise those who attended several away but didn't have membership last year?
I had the membership last year but only attended 9 aways and don't think I should have a 14 point advantage over people who went to more. So yes, I have been advantaged but I can't see the commercial downside for the club to award those points. Should be done now retrospectively imo. |

Assuming I have got it right, the biggest difference that I can see in the new system is that for away games there is zero advantage in being a season ticket holder.
I live in Oxfordshire, and whilst it was a change in working circumstances that allowed me to consider season tickets, what pushed me over the edge was being able to get away tickets more often.
I don't want to, but in theory I could now ditch the season tickets in 24/25 and be no worse off in terms of getting away tickets.
I realise this doesn't affect many people, and overall I think the new system is pretty good (I of course acknowledge that individual circumstances do alter your view). |

What chance they will reach silver?
They might choose not to issue more than the initial allocation as they are in contention?

So are we. When I booked you could clearly see the safe seating area highlighted, I am pretty sure it was either the first 2 or first 3 rows only and I went for 3 rows from the back.
I am not expecting to be asked to sit, hope I am not wrong. |

A good problem for the club to have but abject misery for those who have held GC and/or travelled away very regularly for a long time (I am not including myself).
Any good guesses please on whether Bristol Rovers away will get to silver?
I have 2 GC and I ideally need 3 seats together. But I don't want to risk losing the 2 seats if there is no chance. |

Davis was excellent yesterday and it was noticeable that he was picking people out in the box or on the edge, not just knocking it in to a dangerous area and hoping for the best.
He even declined a good crossing opportunity and turned back once when he felt there was no teammate to pick out. The wait for the run from KVY was quality. |

Nearly as many locals as tourists having a drink on Campo Santo Stefano when we went, and we weren't ripped off.
Taverna San Trovaso, old-fashioned, basic food, fair prices, we liked it. Best to book, either when passing or if you are going on the first night then beforehand by email. https://www.tavernasantrovaso.it/en/
The area of Castello just east of St Marks is just as lovely as others but seemed a bit quieter so would recommend. |

We have been backed already, probably to fairly small stakes as the market is immature.
There was some 7/1 a couple of weeks ago, and the 6/1 disappeared around the same time as the failure of the Derby buyout was announced.
Probably being too optimistic, but I intend to back us and I have fingers crossed that 5/1 will look big after Christmas. |

Completely agree. I was also in the South stand and the support was magnificent, throughout not just at 1-0 up.
The noise and joy when we scored was fantastic.
Great performance on and off the pitch. |

I have checked 10 times to see if there were any returns. I gave up yesterday and bought tickets in opposite stand (South Stand Lower).
I know it is not even close in terms of enjoyment but still better than not being there.
Didn't really expect the tickets to reach Silver members to be fair, hope you get lucky but I'll be surprised. |

Last night was just pure joy, even better than Portsmouth.
I particularly agree that it is great for the younger fans to have some decent football to watch and a feelgood factor to enjoy. It is a credit to them that there are so many given the last decade or more they have had to endure.
Performance aside, moments like the Edmundson reaction to the Walton save are an indication of how committed this squad look now, just so encouraging. |

He was excellent last night, high quality cross for the first goal, made it look easier than it was
His volley that nearly knocked the defender out would have been a spectacular, couldn't tell from the Cobbold or the highlights, does anyone know if it was on target or not |
