Yes we were bad, yes it was Maidstone, yes I'm annoyed etc. But....... Sam you haven't let the fans down, it happens in the F.A Cup, that's why the FA Cup has that magic about it ya know? OK, we need a plan B. It's fine having lots of possession but it means nothing if we don't score GOALS! when teams park the bus we struggle to break through. Big target man striker needed so we can mix it up a bit. Its not panic stations yet, but we need to change our approach. Lincoln haven't lost at home all season, but down to ten men with so much time we should be getting the 3 points. Jan is huge now in terms of who we bring in, Plymouth game also massive. I still believe town, but the doubts are creeping back......coyb. |

Frustrating game that! We absolutely dominated Pompey with our possession, but didn't create nowhere near enough chances unfortunately. Always a tough place to play Fratton Park, had we lost though I would have been savage lol. Relieved to get the point in the end, we did show character to come back twice though Is a positive. |

I was excited when we signed Piggot, if I remember correctly he was played in a front two at Wimbledon?
Have a feeling this would suit him better, but two strikers seems rare these days. My only frustration with him was for a big bloke he wasn't great in the air and wasnt physical enough from what i saw of him play, which I assumed these would be good attributes of his. That said, I still think he good be ok in the right system and with a bit of confidence back, wish him well whatever happens. |

Well said dissboy, Evans really did run this club into the ground, and relegated us to league 1 due to years of neglect in so many ways. I'm happy with our rapid improvement under McKenna and the new owners. |
